At Beejwale.com, we understand that timely delivery is critical for your agricultural business. Whether you are a retailer, nursery, or commercial farmer, our logistics network is designed to handle bulk seed shipments efficiently and securely across India. This platform is owned and managed by ARG Sales, under the proprietorship of Mr. Abhinav Gumber. Built on a foundation of integrity and industry expertise, we are committed to modernizing how retailers and farmers procure high-quality seeds.

1. Order Processing

Processing Time: All confirmed wholesale orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and National Holidays).

Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a Proforma Invoice once your order is verified.

Bulk Verification: For orders exceeding 50 kg or ₹50,000 in value, our team may contact you to verify logistics preferences and GST details before dispatch.

2. Shipping Methods & Logistics

Since we operate on a B2B model, we utilize two primary modes of transport depending on the order size:

A. Standard Courier (Small/Sample Orders)

  • Applicable for: Small parcels (typically under 20 kg) or high-value hybrid seeds.
  • Carriers: We partner with Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and Speed Post (for remote locations).
  • Doorstep Delivery: Yes.

B. Surface Transport / Cargo (Bulk Wholesale Orders)

  • Applicable for: Heavy bulk sacks (Jute/PP bags), cartons, and orders exceeding 20 kg.
  • Carriers: VRL Logistics, TCI Express, SafeExpress, and reputable local transport services.
  • Delivery Mode:
    • Door Delivery: Available for serviceable pin codes (additional charges apply).
    • Godown Delivery (Self-Pickup): Goods are shipped to the transporter’s nearest godown/warehouse in your city. You will need to collect the shipment.

3.Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the consignment and the destination zone.

Note: For “To Pay” shipments, Beejwale.com is not responsible for the freight rates charged by third-party transporters, though we always negotiate the best market rates on your behalf.

4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on the destination and the logistics mode chosen.

  • North India: 3 – 5 Business Days
  • South / West / East India: 5 – 7 Business Days
  • North East & Remote Areas: 7 – 10 Business Days

Disclaimer: Agricultural seeds are subject to interstate transit checks. Delays caused by state border check-posts, weather conditions, or transporter strikes are beyond our control.

5. Tracking Your Shipment

  • Courier Shipments: You will receive an AWB (Air Waybill) number via email/SMS to track your package on the carrier’s website.
  • Transport Shipments: We will provide you with the LR Copy (Lorry Receipt) number. You can use this to track the vehicle status or verify arrival at the local transport office.

6. Damages, Shortages, and Discrepancies

In the wholesale seed industry, verifying the integrity of the shipment upon receipt is crucial.

  1. Open Delivery: Do not accept any package if the seal is broken, torn, or tampered with.
  2. Shortage Reporting: Any weight discrepancies or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. Video Evidence: For claims regarding damaged goods, an unboxing video is mandatory. Without video evidence, bulk claims cannot be processed.

7. Interstate Shipping & Permits

  • GST Requirements: For B2B shipments, a valid GST number is required for generating E-Way Bills for orders exceeding ₹50,000.
  • State Restrictions: Certain seeds may be restricted for entry into specific states (e.g., cotton seeds in some zones) due to state agricultural policies. If we cannot ship to your location due to regulations, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
